ATTENTION USERS OF 3RD-PARTY E-MAIL PROVIDERS SUCH AS
Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, AOL, Comcast, Verizon, or similar providers



Recently it has been reported to us that our E-Mail address smc@smcelectronics.com
is being blocked by the E-Mail Providers that some of our website users, and
Newsletter subscribers use, also there have been times when someone sends us
an E-Mail and when we reply, we find that it has also been blocked by the
senders E-mail Provider.

Our E-Mail address smc@smcelectronics.com has been used by us
for over 20 YEARS. Our E-mail server is our own server,
we do not use third-party E-mail providers.

As we investigate this problem and see if we can find a solution,
there are some things that you can attempt to do with your
E-Mail Provider.

1) Check your Spam or Junk section of your email client.
If you see anything from smc@smcelectronics.com,
move it to your Inbox. If you see an option, report it as NOT Spam.

2) White List or Safe List our Email address smc@smcelectronics.com

If you are using a Windows Gmail client program,
(1) Click the gear icon in Gmail and select "See all settings" from the Quick settings menu.
(2) Navigate to "Filters and Blocked Addresses" in the top menu.
(3) Select "Create a new filter."
(4) Add smc@smcelectronics.com in the "From" field. Click "Create filter."
(5) Check "Never send it to Spam" in the checkbox.
(6) Click "Create filter."

If you are using a Gmail Android App, Open Contacts, Add a contact,
enter smc@smcelectronics.com, enter Save.

If you are using a Gmail iPhone App, Go to Spam folder,
Locate smc@smcelectronics.com and click on it (if it is there),
find the option to "Report not spam". Click on it.

If you are using a Windows Outlook client program,
(1) Click the gear icon in Outlook and select "View all Outlook settings."
(2) Select "Mail" from the settings menu.
(3) Choose "Junk email" from the submenu.
(4) Click "Add" under "Safe senders and domains."
(5) Enter smc@smcelectronics.com that you want whitelisted.
(6) Choose "Save."

If you are using a Windows Yahoo client program,
(1) Open Yahoo Mail and log into your account.
(2) Navigate to “Settings” then click “More Settings.”.
(3) Select “Filters” and hit “Add” to enter smc@smcelectronics.com to whitelist.
(4) Name the filter and add smc@smcelectronics.com
(5) Select to send all mail to “Inbox.”
(6) Save your settings.

If you are using a Windows AOL client program,
(1) Log in to your AOL account.
(2) Open “Contacts” from the navigation pane.
(3) Click the “New Contact” icon and add smc@smcelectronics.com
(4) Click the “Add Contact” button.

If you are using a Windows Verizon client program,
(1) Log in to your Verizon email account online at webmail.verizon.com.
(2) Click Settings, then select Email Settings from the menu.
(3) Go to the Blocking section and click Safe Senders.
(4) Add smc@smcelectronics.com to your Safe Senders List:

If you are using a Windows Comcast client program,
(1) Log in to your Comcast email account.
(2) Click on the "Address Book" and Click on "New Contact".
(3) Enter smc@smcelectronics.com and Click "Save".
(4) smc@smcelectronics.com is now Whitelisted to Comcast.
